CalenPlan
Make time for the goals that matter
CalenPlan is a native planning app for iPhone and iPad that connects meaningful goals to the calendar where your week actually happens. Plan goals around your real schedule, protect time to act, and use each review to build a better next plan.
CalenPlan is designed for personal planning. It does not provide a public feed, competitive leaderboard, contact harvesting, advertising, or general chat.
See the whole plan
- View commitments in rolling, week, month, day, and agenda layouts.
- Choose a focused 4–12 week horizon or a one-year planning view.
- Create events, tasks, goals, and calendars from Quick Add.
- Keep previously loaded planning information available offline and queue supported changes for synchronization when connectivity returns.
Turn goals into calendar time
Build clear SMART goals, record why they matter, choose a priority, and define useful timing preferences. CalenPlan can suggest realistic goal sessions around existing commitments while leaving the final scheduling choice with you.
Track completed work separately from future scheduled sessions. Plan My Week, goal progress, momentum, and Weekly Review use the same progress rules so a future session is never presented as completed work.
Bring calendars together
Connect Apple Calendar and Google Calendar through their separate, contextual permission flows. Choose which calendars are visible, which calendars affect availability, and which writable destination receives confirmed events. A read-only provider calendar can still be hidden in CalenPlan without changing or deleting the provider's records.
CalenPlan supports two-way changes where the connected provider and calendar permit them. You can disconnect an integration without deleting unrelated provider content.
Import with CalenView
Take a photo or choose an image of a flyer, schedule, or calendar. CalenView interprets candidate event details on device where feasible and presents a structured review. You can edit or exclude individual candidates, and nothing is saved until you review and explicitly confirm it.
Review, reflect, and adjust
Bring tasks, goal sessions, calendar commitments, Weekly Review, and Journal into one connected planning system. Recognize real progress, reschedule what still matters without guilt-based language, and carry useful lessons into the next plan.
Share progress privately
Friends & Encouragement lets you invite people you trust without uploading your contacts. You decide which accepted connections may receive a completed goal or milestone. Names stay private by default, responses use predefined encouragement, and you can mute, remove, or block a connection at any time. There is no public profile, follower count, public feed, or free-form messaging.
Notifications with your permission
CalenPlan asks before enabling notifications and provides category, quiet-hour, privacy, and recovery controls. Local reminders support planning on the device. Opted-in Friends alerts use privacy-minimized wording and fetch authorized details only after the app opens.
Subscription
CalenPlan offers monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions through the App Store. The purchase screen shows the applicable localized price, billing period, and introductory-offer eligibility before purchase. Eligible new subscribers may receive a 14-day introductory trial. Restore Purchases and Manage Subscription are available in the app. Apple determines offer eligibility and manages billing, cancellation, renewal, and refunds.
Privacy-first by design
Calendar, camera, photo, and notification access is requested only when you choose a feature that needs it. Journal content remains private by default. CalenPlan does not sell personal information, use planning content for advertising, or track you across other companies' apps or websites.
